Pawel Baranowski

Based in Warsaw, Paweł Baranowski leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ office in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe. Paweł advises clients in private equity and financial services industry on a range of leadership development areas. He specializes in succession planning, management appraisal, and leadership transitions in the CEE region. Paweł brings over two decades of experience in leadership advisory and has coached clients through executive searches, strategic planning, and P&L accountability and responsibilities.

Previously, Paweł was a Principal in the consumer and industrial practices at a global executive search firm. In that role, he advised companies undergoing dynamic change on their most critical people and organizational decisions. Before that, Paweł held senior strategy and operational roles at Avon Cosmetics Company, and later became General Manager of the company’s Lithuanian and Nordic markets. He began his career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
