Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pamela worked with a talent consulting firm, where she partnered Fortune 500 clients to assess leaders and identify high-potential talent. She spent her earlier career with a boutique executive search firm, executing search assignments spanning Industrial, Technology, Financial Services and Consumer sectors.
