Natasha Treschow

Natasha Treschow is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board and CEO Advisory Partners in Europe. She specializes in board, CEO, and C-suite succession projects across listed and private equity-owned businesses, with a particular focus on the energy and services sectors. Based in London, Natasha also serves as COO of RRA Artemis, the firm’s pioneering CEO development offering for women executive committee leaders of major global companies.

Earlier in her career at Russell Reynolds, Natasha served as Executive Project Director within the firm’s European Board and CEO Advisory Practice. She also co-led the Global Knowledge Team for the Industrial & Natural Resources sector, where she was responsible for strategy, operations, and the development of sector-specific intellectual capital. In this role, she led research initiatives focused on leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation, including a partnership with the UN Global Compact to co-author Leadership for a Decade of Action.

Natasha also spent two years at the LEGO Group, where she was responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s global membership and loyalty strategy.
