Michelle Chan Crouse leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Consumer Practice and Human Resources Practice across Asia Pacific. She advises clients on executive recruitment, assessment, and succession for global, regional and country-level roles.

Michelle has extensive management consulting and leadership assessment and development experience across a number of functions, particularly in general management, sales, marketing, digital, and human resources.

Based in Singapore, Michelle brings in-depth experience of the South East Asia market and is a trusted advisor to multinational clients as well as Asian conglomerates.

Michelle began her career as an analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York before becoming a consultant with Boston Consulting Group in multiple locations. She also worked in various senior roles at the Gap, including Assistant Treasurer and Senior Director of Corporate Finance, and helped launch the international division.
