Mark Fastabend

Mark Fastabend specializes in industrial manufacturing and industrial services and leads the firm’s Industrial Services Practice globally.

Based in Chicago, he works closely with companies across the US and internationally, with particular expertise in C-suite and board roles within public, private equity, and family-owned companies.

Mark is known for his ability to analyze complex business challenges and find elegant leadership solutions that solve customer needs quickly and effectively. His strength comes in working across diverse teams and building toward long-term profitable growth.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mark worked at Marmon Holdings. He served as a vice president, holding leadership roles in three separate business units. He had full P&L responsibility across a global scope for multiple divisions. He has also held leadership roles in engineering, operations and sales roles which combine to provide him with a comprehensive view of leadership.
