Maggie Walsh

Maggie Walsh is a leader in both the Financial Officers Practice and the Professional Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She leads searches for the CFO role and direct reports (including Controllership, FP&A, Shared Services, and Investor Relations) across industries. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies to mid-market PE placements and family enterprises.

Maggie also engages at the top of the house within consulting companies, law firms, CPA firms, and tech-enabled companies across roles, including C-suite officers, line of business leads, and revenue generating partners.

Maggie joined Russell Reynolds from Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager in the business consulting practice. In that role, she led people, process, and technology transformations for clients, partnering with finance, IT, and HR executives to drive change.
