Lucia Li

Based in Beijing as part of our Financial Services practice, Lucia partners with companies across the financial services industry to identify and develop high potential leaders. Lucia brings in extensive experience and advise leaders across private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks, insurance and asset management companies.

Previously, Lucia spent more than 17 years at Bain & Company, most recently as a Partner for Private Equity Group, where she collaborated with C-level executives to drive strategic and operational profit growth. She advised private equity funds and corporate M&A group across deal lifecycle, and cover a wide range of industries including financial services, business services, industrial, renewable energies, infrastructure, consumer products and retail.
