She advises boards, CEOs, and investors on how to build leadership teams that thrive under pressure—and redefine what's possible. Based in Chicago, Limore focuses on succession, governance, and transformational hiring across public, private, mutual, and PE-backed companies.

Limore is known for guiding organizations through inflection points—whether navigating CEO transition, scaling a next-gen leadership bench, or orchestrating complex cross-functional executive searches. She brings deep expertise in benchmarking leadership performance, mapping high-potential talent, and helping organizations futureproof their C-suite. Her advisory work spans Fortune 100 companies to innovative startups, where she partners with leadership teams on strategy, organizational design, and long-term talent planning.

Before joining RRA, Limore served as an associate director for a national lobbying organization and spent years on the front lines of capital markets at Citadel and Goldman Sachs.

She brings Wall Street rigor, public affairs fluency, and a deeply human-centered approach to executive advisory—all with a strong bias toward impact and change.
