Katja Kok-Keizer is a trusted advisor to boards and executives, helping them identify and attract the leadership required for building and managing successful businesses.
Based in Amsterdam, she conducts local and international executive searches, leads assessments for C-suite executives, and advises boards on their composition, evaluation, and succession strategies. One of her passions is working with family-owned enterprises on the long-term plans for their businesses. She represents the firm’s Family Enterprise Practice in The Netherlands.
Katja has spent most of her career in the financial services industry. She has held senior roles at ABN AMRO and Kempen Asset Management, and served as CEO of Van Lanschot Switzerland. Most recently, she was Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management and a member of the Executive Committee of ING Netherlands.
Throughout her career, Katja has built an extensive and diverse professional network of finance experts, cross-sector leaders, and family business executives. She currently serves on the Supervisory Board of Neways Electronics, War Child Netherlands, and the Advisory Board of World Press Photo.
