Jules Orpin

Jules Orpin leads executive searches for financial funds, with a particular focus on senior-level investment professionals and portfolio companies. He works closely with investment teams, supporting on pre-deal due diligence and chairman and board appointments. Jules also works across investment banking, global markets, and group treasury.

Jules has expertise in recruiting leaders for investor relations and group functions, as well as operating partners and senior industry and country advisors. He has worked with large-cap and mid-cap funds across Asia Pacific in multiple sectors. Jules has more than 25 years of executive search experience. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading international search firm, where he was head of financial services for Australia. He started his career in audit at PwC before moving into executive search.
