Jonas Pollex

Based in Munich, Jonas advises industrial clients on their senior leadership decisions at executive and board level. He regularly partners with firms in the sectors of industrial technology, energy, and aerospace & defence. Jonas has successfully worked with a range of clients, including publicly-listed corporations, family-owned hidden champions, and private equity portfolio companies, to identify and attract leaders equipped to navigate complex evolving environments.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jonas worked at another leading search firm. Previously, he advised clients in corporate strategy, performance improvement, and large-scale transformation while working with clients’ top management across Germany, Europe, and the US at global management consultancy Bain & Company.
