Before joining Russell Reynolds, he was a partner at one of Brazil’s leading Executive Search firms, leading C-level projects across multiple sectors. Previously, he spent nearly seven years at a global Executive Search firm, focusing on senior positions in the consumer, retail, education, industrial, and financial services industries.

He began his career in the United States, working in finance and marketing within the industrial sector. His transition into Executive Search took place at a boutique consultancy specializing in leadership positions in the financial area.
