Based in London, he leads the UK Consumer team and the Customer Activation and Growth team in EMEA, with a focus on business-to-consumer organizations. He specializes in customer activation and growth roles and works extensively in the CPG sector, placing CEOs and regional leaders. Earlier in his tenure with the firm, Greg helped lead the knowledge team, where he played a central role in driving strategic growth and creating market-differentiating insight for clients.
Before joining the firm, Greg spent more than fifteen years in digital marketing, consumer insight, and retail research. During this time, he established himself as a recognised voice in the consumer and retail landscape, speaking frequently at international conferences and providing commentary across broadcast and print media. In his eight years at Corporate Executive Board, Greg managed the global consumer insight team in London and later spent three years in Minneapolis leading the commercial arm of the consumer insight business.
