Fiona Colyer

Fiona Colyer (née Taylor) is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, specializing in insurance and investment management. She advises clients on senior leadership appointments and succession, with particular expertise across the C-suite, commercial and distribution leadership, and roles critical to growth and transformation.

Fiona brings more than a decade of leadership advisory and executive search experience, having lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and Sydney. Her recent work spans the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia, partnering with insurers, asset managers, and private capital firms on their leadership priorities. Within insurance, Fiona works with brokers, carriers (life and non-life), and the wider ecosystem, building on five years advising clients across Asia.

Prior to joining the firm, Fiona was a consultant at a specialist insurance executive search firm, leading searches across C-suite, underwriting, and functional leadership. She also spent time in the firm’s New York office, focused on the general insurance market, where she built the firm’s first InsurTech proposition.
