Previously, Ericka spent seven years at the boutique investment bank Houlihan Lokey, where she worked primarily with technology clients. In that role, she served as a financial and valuation advisor to software, cloud, database, and logistics companies in varying growth stages ranging from pre-revenue to public companies. She began her career at TD Bank.
