A certified Hogan Assessor, Emma joins Russell Reynolds from a global executive search firm, where she worked on complex financial services CEO and C-suite succession mandates. Emma deepened her financial officers and sustainability leadership domain knowledge during this time.

Emma holds an MBA from University of Technology Sydney. She has also earned a Bachelor of Communication (Social Inquiry) from University of Technology Sydney. Emma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Swinburne University.
