Dania Din

Dania is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Practice, where she advises clients on senior executive appointments. Within the technology sector, she works across software, hardware, fintech, and technology-enabled businesses, advising on leadership across product, engineering, go-to-market, and other functions. She also partners with organizations across industries, including financial services, industrials, consumer, and business services, and on technology leadership, spanning information technology, product, engineering, data, AI, and digital.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Dania held several leadership roles at Amazon, most recently overseeing Talent Strategy and Operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Japan. Her work spanned talent strategy and organizational change. She also served in Chief of Staff roles, leading strategic initiatives across the business. Dania began her career at Axiom, where she led legal searches.
