Curt Ross

Curt Ross is a member of the firm’s Industrial and Natural Resources Sector and Board & CEO Advisory Partners. His client work focuses primarily on public company CEO succession and board of director recruitment and advisory services. Curt has conducted CEO and board searches for leading natural resources and industrial clients across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. He advises clients ranging in size from pre-commercial start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. Curt is based in Dallas and maintains a Houston office.

Curt has over 25 years of executive search experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000. His prior leadership roles with the firm include co-leading the global industrial and natural resources sector for over five years and serving on the firm’s Executive Committee for three years. Curt began his career with Exxon, where he held various sales, marketing, and management positions within the downstream business over a seven-year period.
