She brings strong experience in advising clients on succession planning, stakeholder engagement, and designing inclusive, tailored search processes to deliver the best outcomes for her clients and the communities they serve.
She excels at partnering with clients, directing research strategy, and identifying and guiding exceptional candidates through the recruitment lifecycle to result in successful placements. Additionally, Corina partners closely with boards and senior management to address organizational challenges, including leadership of diverse workforces, revenue diversification, and cultural transformation.
Corina joined Russell Reynolds from a leading boutique executive search firm that specializes in serving mission-driven clients. There, she served as a Managing Associate and led a portfolio of CEO and C-suite searches, as well as the firm’s Social Impact Research Function. She worked closely with firm leadership to strengthen the practice’s business development, knowledge management, and sector mapping capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Corina worked at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, managing fundraising, board recruitment, and donor engagement for the National Symphony Orchestra. She also held roles at Christie’s International and leading fine art galleries in New York City. Corina is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom.
