Connor Krikawa

Connor Krikawa provides strategic advice on leadership and innovation to boards, founders, and C-suite executives of growth-stage technology firms.

As a member of Russell Reynolds’ Technology Practice, Connor primarily advises software companies, with clients ranging from early-stage VC-backed startups to private and growth equity-backed companies entering their next phase of transformation.

Over his career, Connor has also partnered closely with boards of technology-focused private equity firms to identify CxO leaders for their software portfolio companies, but primarily focuses on helping them recruit CEOs, senior general managers, and board members.

Connor joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2023, following RRA’s acquisition of Savage Partners, a boutique executive search firm that focused exclusively on serving US-based middle-market growth equity-backed software businesses, where he began his career and was a principal of the firm. During his time at Savage Partners, Connor led engagements across a wide range of functional disciplines and was a core component of building the CEO practice.
