Christopher Minora

Christopher Minora advises companies on executive search, succession planning, talent development, and assessment advisory. Based in Oslo, he helps PE-backed, publicly listed and privately owned firms identify CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other senior leadership talent, with a focus in Industrials and Financial Institutions.

Christopher joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo, where he focused on people and organizational topics including re-organization, operating model, merger integration, and capability building across industries. Christopher brings proven experience running large transformations and capturing their impact on talent, succession, and capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Christopher worked in Investor Relations and has held roles in banking and business development in the United States.
