Chris Faralli

Chris Faralli is a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Financial Officers Practice, where he leads Chief Financial Officer search assignments across the technology sector. He also serves clients in fintech, payments, and financial services. His clients include large public companies, growth-stage, pre-IPO venture-backed companies, and private equity portfolio companies. He leads Russell Reynolds' Bay Area offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto and the firm's Investor Relations Practice.

His work in the technology sector spans software, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, hardware, semiconductors, and semiconductor capital equipment. Chris partners with large public companies on Chief Financial Officer succession planning and leadership assessment while advising clients during pivotal business moments, including IPOs, corporate separation transactions, ownership transitions, and other significant business transformations. He recruits investor relations leaders and advises clients on board appointments.

He values building relationships with the next generation of finance talent, recognizing that today's emerging leaders are often tomorrow's CFOs.

Chris is active in the Bay Area business community, serving on the boards of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, the Bay Area Council, and the San Francisco Zoo & Gardens.
