Celine Lowe

Celine Lowe advises clients on board and senior executive appointments across the energy, industrial, and infrastructure landscape. Based in Houston, she works across the energy value chain—including upstream, midstream, services, utilities and new energies. In addition, she supports clients in appointing CEOs, COOs, and other C-suite leaders, including financial officers, within energy and industrial companies. She is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Global Energy and Industrial Practice.

Her work spans public companies, private equity–backed platforms, and family-owned businesses, with a focus on helping clients build leadership teams capable of driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic value.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2019, Celine worked at the Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce, where she focused on energy-related government contracts for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Having lived in 14 countries, Celine brings a truly international outlook to her work. At the firm, she has also contributed to research on energy transition and broader leadership dynamics across energy and industrials.
