Catarina Curry

With over 20 years of international experience, Catarina partners with boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams across the Nordics to identify, develop, and assess great leaders who will deliver on organizations’ strategic goals.

Based in Stockholm, Catarina works extensively across private equity, corporate finance, asset and wealth management, consumer finance, real estate investments, and sustainability.

Catarina joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another global executive search firm in Stockholm, where she was a member of the Nordic Financial Services, Private Equity, and Sustainability Practice.

Prior to that, she spent 17 in London, working at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and BNP Paribas in global markets sales across EMEA. She started her career at Shell, where she spent six years working in the European downstream business, as well as Shell Trading.
