Casey Houghton

Based in Dallas, Casey Houghton co-leads the global Chemicals, Materials and Packaging Practice and is a key member within the firm’s Corporate Officers and Operations & Supply Chain Practices. He partners with clients on leadership issues across various commodity, chemical, and process industries, to include petrochemicals, industrial gases, intermediate and specialty chemicals, agrochemical and agribusiness, advanced materials, building products and materials, and packaging. He specializes in corporate executive leadership, general management, commercial leadership, marketing, corporate and business development, R&D and innovation, operations and related functional leadership assignments across these segments for corporate, private and private equity-backed organizations.

Casey worked for A.T. Kearney, a leading management consultancy, as a Business Analyst and later as an Associate before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. He focused primarily on operations and supply chain across various industries, including chemicals, energy, automotive, industrial goods and telecom. Prior to that, Casey completed several engineering assignments in Raytheon's Cooperative Education Program.
