Based in Chicago, Brent has over 10 years of experience in operating model and organization design, specializing in consumer, retail, insurance, and life sciences sectors. He collaborates with executives across the c-suite to design and implement enterprise operating models, as well as individual business units and functions. Brent is dedicated to helping leaders create organizations that maximize their talent to achieve target outcomes.
Brent joins Russell Reynolds from Accenture’s Operating Model and Organization Design practice and Kates Kesler, where he has advised executive leadership teams across various industries and functions on the design and implementation of their operating models. He utilizes Jay Galbraith’s Star model and a design-led approach to assist clients in connecting and implementing their strategy using operating and organizational models. Brent also teaches operating model and organization methodologies and approaches, having facilitated capability-building workshops for clients and served as guest faculty at Cornell’s ILR school.
