Arno Blanckaert

Arno Blanckaert is a leadership advisor in Russell Reynolds Associates’ (RRA) Brussels office and an organizational psychologist. He advises senior executives, leadership teams, and boards on executive assessment, leadership development, succession, and transition. His work focuses on understanding what drives leaders to feed back where they can have greater impact and what will be required of them as the scope and complexity of their roles increase.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Arno worked in Deloitte Consulting’s Organisation Transformation practice in Belgium. He advised clients on organisation design, talent management and leadership, culture and organisational change. This experience gives him a broader organisational lens when assessing leaders and supporting leadership teams.

Arno is a credible organisational psychologist who combines psychometric and behavioural assessment with a strong understanding of the organisational context in which leaders operate. He works with clients to translate leadership insight into practical development priorities and better succession decisions, while helping leadership teams strengthen their collective effectiveness.
