Anne Coyle

Anne Coyle serves as a trusted advisor to colleges and universities as they seek senior academic and functional leaders.   Anne brings more than 15 years of executive search experience in the Social Impact and Education sectors at boutiques and other global firms. Throughout her career, Anne has cultivated a deep bench of connections to prominent academic leaders, including provosts, presidents, and trustees.

Anne served as Director of Admissions at the Yale School of Management and at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. She also managed the global recruitment of PhDs, JDs, and MDs for McKinsey. Anne started her career in the public sector, first in the NYC Mayor Koch administration and then in the federal government as a Presidential Management Fellow.
