Annabel Toren brings over 20 years of experience in advising organizations across industries and geographies on their senior leadership needs. Based in New York, she advises executives and boards on the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent for a wide range of senior leadership and board roles. Her work spans executive and board search, leadership assessment and development, and succession planning.
Earlier in her career at Russell Reynolds Associates, Annabel spent a six-year chapter recruiting consultants to the firm, in the US and London. Before joining our firm, she worked at Liberate Technologies, where she partnered with technology and media companies. She also previously worked as an investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist, and as a management consultant at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett.
