Andrew Raisner

Andrew Raisner is a member of the firm’s Private Capital practice where he recruits dynamic leaders at both the fund and portfolio company level. Based in Boston, he supports clients across private credit, private equity, growth equity and other alternative asset classes, in addition to working within the broader asset management and financial services sectors. Andrew’s works spans investment, capital markets, fundraising, product, and value creation teams across sectors. He is also a member of the firm’s Sports Business practice.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Andrew was a member of the Global Financial Services practice at a global executive search firm where, as a member of the Private Markets group, he primarily partnered with the buy-side and sell-side communities on senior fund-level executive searches.
