Anders is a leader in our Customer Activation & Growth (CAG) and Consumer practices. With over a decade of experience across management consulting, strategy development, and brand/customer transformation, he helps organizations accelerate growth by putting the customer at the center of decision-making.

He conducts executive searches for customer-centric leadership roles, with a focus on Chief Marketing, Brand, and Digital Officers, and is recognized as a thought leader in marketing transformation, retail media, and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Anders was a Principal at Jackman Reinvents, where he partnered with senior executive teams to design and implement tailored growth strategies that deepened customer engagement and strengthened brand performance. Earlier in his career, he was part of Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice, specializing in growth planning, process optimization, and innovation.
