His work spans CEO and C-suite succession, executive search, leadership assessment and development, and broader organizational advisory. Known for his balanced, pragmatic approach, Anant helps clients navigate scale, digital acceleration and evolving consumer behaviour while building leadership teams that can drive both performance and agility.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Anant worked at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner and the head of Aberkyn India—a leadership and culture community at McKinsey. He focused on organization and leadership topics across industries, working on large-scale organizational transformations. This diverse background allows him to integrate strategic, organizational, and people dimensions in his advisory work.
