Courtney Cady

Courtney Cady partners with companies on search and advisory needs for C-suite placements within the consumer industry as well as working within customer activation and growth functions across all industries. Courtney has a diverse client base of retail, food and beverage, personal care and beauty, travel and hospitality, and loyalty companies which she advises on their executive searches. In addition, she advises companies within all industries on their hiring needs within marketing, growth, sales, and other revenue generation-focused roles.

Courtney developed research expertise in her previous role as a sector-agnostic investment banker at a large European bank and a middle market US bank. There she helped private and public companies raise institutional equity within the US and global capital markets.
