Russell Reynolds Associates Appoints Lucia Li as Beijing Office Manager

Beijing, January 5, 2026 – Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory firm, has appointed Lucia Li as Office Manager for the Beijing office. Her appointment underscores RRA’s commitment to serving dynamic local markets with global insights and expertise.

In her new capacity, Lucia will lead the Beijing office in delivering the firm’s full range of executive search, board advisory and leadership solutions, working closely with clients to address complex leadership, succession and organizational challenges. She will strengthen client engagement, drive local and regional strategy, and deepen RRA’s ability to deliver tailored leadership solutions across China and the wider Asia Pacific region.

As a core member of RRA’s Financial Services practice, Lucia brings extensive experience advising senior leaders across private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks, insurers and asset managers. She has partnered with clients on critical leadership priorities including executive search, executive and team assessment, succession planning, organizational development throughout the deal lifecycle on value creation and growth initiatives. Known for her analytical rigor and strategic approach, Lucia brings a deep understanding of the leadership qualities required to navigate complex market environments and drive transformation.
