Franziska advises CEOs and top executives on leadership, global succession planning, senior leadership development, executive assessment and coaching. She has conducted a range of assignments for global organizations in more than 18+ countries, helping clients across all industries identify, select and grow their senior leadership talent. She specifically focuses on M&A/post-merger integration and advises clients by providing insight on succession planning and strategic hiring decisions. Franziska is a member of the firm’s Global Leadership & Succession Sector. She is based in Frankfurt.  Franziska’s recent engagements include leading post-merger integration assessments for two large global healthcare firms and ensuring a smooth transition. She also conducted assessments as part of a technology company merger and conducted a cultural due diligence. Further, she provided executive coaching to a CEO of a listed company and helped an OEM select internal senior leaders for a leadership development program. She further designed and conducted a tailor-made succession program for a family-owned business and helped the CEO of a consumer company to gain an overview of the senior leadership talent pipeline.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2013, Franziska was an executive search consultant at another consulting firm. She started her career in research, with a focus on executive selection and leadership.
Franziska received her BSc in psychology from Royal Holloway University of London and her MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University in New York. She is fluent in English and German and speaks conversational Spanish.
Franziska completed a certification as an NLP practitioner, as well as a coaching certification (program accredited by the German Coaching Federation-DCV).
