Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Yukihiro Koshiishi

Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory and search firm, today announced that Yukihiro Koshiishi has joined the firm as a senior member of our global Financial Services Sector. Based in Tokyo, Koshiishi has more than 20 years of experience engaging in executive searches, global leadership and providing assessments for Japanese and global firms.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Koshiishi was a senior client partner for a global executive search firm, where he led the global financial markets business in Japan. Previously, he was with Russell Reynolds Associates for 16 years where he conducted searches for CEOs and executive management for major Japanese and international financial institutions, private equity firms and Japanese corporations.

Koshiishi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University and a master’s degree in public administration from John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University.
