Based in Brussels, Michael brings more than 25 years of experience working with boards and executive teams across sectors to accelerate performance and implement organizational transformation.

Previously, Michael co-led the HR transformation and change management team at a Big 4 Consultancy. In that role, he led projects in organizational transformation, executive assessments, and top team development. Before that, he worked at another major executive search firm where he was the leadership development and top team performance practice leader for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Michael has also held executive-level roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), EMEA. He is a co-author of the book Inside the Leader's Mind (2017) and a guest lector at KU Leuven Faculty of Economics and Business.
Michael holds an MS in business economics from KU Leuven and an MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
