Erin Zolna is a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Leadership & Succession team. She designs and oversees leadership programs that contribute to effective CEO succession planning, M&A talent integration, hiring decisions, executive team benchmarking and leadership development. In addition to these advisory services, Erin has played a leading role in the development of the firm's service offerings, such as leadership assessment, cultural diagnosis, the measurement of executive fit to a given organizational culture, and more insightful board evaluation. She is based in New York.
Erin advises clients across industries during M&A due diligence and NewCo integration on organizational culture, talent and the creation of executive teams that support their strategic goals. She leads considerable work within the healthcare sector, partnering with boards on CEO succession and developing high-potential talent. She also works with clients in the private equity space to conduct management team assessments, trainings and advisory projects.
Erin has more than a decade of experience in the field of executive search and leadership consulting, having joined Russell Reynolds in 2007. Prior to this, she worked in employee relations with UPS.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Erin holds a BS in psychology from Tulane University as well as an MS and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Georgia Tech.
