Dee Fitzgerald is a business psychologist and member of our Leadership and Succession Practice. She advises clients on executive hiring, promotions, and succession planning and helps build leadership capabilities, values and cultures. Dee is based in Sydney.
Dee has over 25 years of consulting experience in leadership assessment, development and talent management. She has worked extensively throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific across a broad range of industry sectors. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dee held leadership roles at global talent management firms Right Management where she was Regional Talent Assessment Lead for Asia Pacific and Lee Hecht Harrison where she was Leadership Development Director. Previously, she was Director of Xancam Consulting, an established business psychology firm in the UK, specializing in executive assessment and high potential identification and development. Earlier in her career, Dee held a global talent management role in British American Tobacco. She began her career in the British Post Office as a psychologist, before moving into a senior leadership development role with the Royal Mail.
Dee holds a B.Sc. Honours in Applied Psychology with Pure Mathematics from University College Cork and a Master’s in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of East London. She is registered as a practicing Psychologist in Australia and in the UK. Dee is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
