Christiana Vonofakou is a key member of the global Leadership & Succession practice. She is a trusted client advisor and works closely with industry leaders and investors to assess and manage top executives and leadership teams. Christiana leverages a broad human resources and change management background to help guide clients through M&A integrations, business transformations and culture shifts. Based in Frankfurt, Christiana is a frequent speaker at HR industry events across Europe.
Christiana joined Russell Reynolds Associates from TE Connectivity, where she spearheaded human resources, covering global talent management, D&I practices and M&A integrations for its $1B+ Industrial business unit. Previously, Christiana worked for reputable international executive search firms in London, focused on executive search and assessment for PE- and VC-backed technology and digital companies across Europe. Earlier in her career, Christiana was a postdoctoral research fellow at Oxford University. Her work has been published in professional journals, such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and the European Journal of Personality.
Education & Affiliations
Christiana holds a BSc, with first-class honors, in Psychology from Cardiff University, and an MSc and DPhil in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University. Her doctoral research focused on inclusion and diversity, examining ways of reducing prejudice and discrimination towards minorities. Christiana is also certified in psychometric testing, accredited by the British Psychological Society. She is fluent in German, English and Greek.
