Melanie Polke

Based in Munich, Melanie brings her background in strategic systems thinking and psychology to support and advise clients on leadership assessment, development and cultural topics around change and transformation.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Melanie worked at a VC-backed learning technology scale-up, where she bridged board strategy with execution, managed client relations, and structured commercial operations. Prior, she was at Miro, a global SaaS collaboration platform, where she drove strategic customer success and helped clients translate platform use into measurable business value. Melanie began her career at Roland Berger, advising global life sciences clients on growth, M&A, and organizational transformation.

Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and holds a Diplôme Grande École / Master in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris.
