Based in Chicago, IL, Marissa is a member of the Health Tech practice and brings more than a decade of strategy consulting experience across the healthcare value chain, providing a strategic foundation and perspective to clients in their executive search process.

Marissa joins Russell Reynolds from Deloitte Consulting’s life sciences and healthcare strategy practice, where she advised senior executives on growth and transformation initiatives. She has led strategic engagements across pharmaceutical manufacturers, payors, providers, pharmacies, and public health organizations, with a focus on initiative prioritization, new product development, and market expansion.

In addition, Marissa has experience working with healthcare technology companies through roles in startups and venture capital, further strengthening her perspective on innovation across the ecosystem.
