Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised leading organizations across Latin America and the United States on strategy, transformation, and growth initiatives. Her experience spans banking, insurance, healthcare, and other sectors, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
