Eliot Bieletto

Based in Washington, D.C., Eliot Bieletto serves clients across the Industrial & Natural Resources industry with a focus on Power & Utilities. He works across the energy value chain including in emerging technologies in support of the energy transition. He has served clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small, privately-held companies as well as government institutions, nonprofits, and industry associations in the Energy, Aerospace & Defense, and broader Industrial spaces.

Eliot joined Russell Reynolds after serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, where he led several multinational partnership engagements with US allies in the Pacific region. He is a graduate of the Army’s Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, Ranger School, Airborne School, and Air Assault School.
