Daniel Silén

Daniel Silén advises owners, boards, and CEOs on senior-level appointments, with a particular focus on the industrial and business services sectors. Based in Stockholm, Daniel's recent search experience includes CEO and C-suite-level general management appointments, as well as Chair and Board appointments. He works with both listed and private equity-owned companies.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), Daniel spent over a decade in management consulting. He worked with leaders to improve commercial performance, reduce costs, and drive structural change. Daniel was most recently an Engagement Partner at Axholmen Consulting. Before that, he worked at H&M and Bain & Company.
