Christine Boyce

Christine E. Boyce is an expert in leadership science, innovation, and the future of organizational talent and effectiveness. As RRA’s Global Director of Leadership Consulting Solutions, she applies over 20 years of experience advising global organizations on their data, people, and process strategies, as well as the unique opportunities at the intersection of all three.

A trained industrial-organizational psychologist, Christine is known for translating behavioral science into practical business outcomes. Her work helps clients identify, develop, and accelerate leaders capable of driving sustainable business performance in rapidly changing environments. She has advised leaders across the globe, working with organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to emerging growth businesses. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Assoiates, Christine was the Head of Innovation and Strategic Foresight and the Vice President for Global Assessment and Analytics at ManpowerGroup, where she established and executed a global innovation vision and strategy and converted complex behavioral data and emerging technologies into repeatable offerings to expand business impact.
