Alice Davidson

Currently based in Sydney as part of our Executive Search practice, Alice’s experience spans both the Technology sector and the Technology function. Having partnered with a range of organizations, including software, technology services, digital infrastructure and telecommunications, she brings a broad understanding of the technology ecosystem, with expertise across commercial, operational and technical roles.

Alice has also worked closely with our Private Capital clients, supporting both domestic and international private equity firms to recruit senior leaders to portfolio companies, and to hire operating partners. Previously based in the London office, she has worked across multiple markets, including UK, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, Alice worked for a boutique executive search firm in London, specializing in technology services and professional services. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Cambridge.
