Based in Toronto, Aanya is a member of Russell Reynolds Legal, Risk, and Compliance practice. She advises clients on the identification and attraction of senior legal, risk, and compliance leaders, bringing a consultative, relationship-driven approach and a strong understanding of both client and candidate priorities. Drawing on experience partnering with General Counsels, Deputy General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders and other senior executives across the US and Canada, Aanya brings a commercial and talent-focused perspective to complex leadership decisions.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Aanya was a Director at Axiom, where she advised Fortune 100 technology companies on complex legal, talent, and workforce needs. Her work spanned the talent lifecycle, from translating organizational priorities into role requirements and recruiting strategies. She combined data, market insight, and deep client knowledge to develop tailored solutions ranging from individual placements to large-scale team deployments, while maintaining a strong focus on the candidate experience and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
