Russell Reynolds Associates appoints Lisa Bora as Managing Director in its Consumer practice

Sydney, Australia, November 4, 2026, – Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), a global leadership advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Lisa Bora as Managing Director, based in Sydney. Lisa is a core member of the firm’s Consumer Goods, Retail, Media, and Leisure Services practices.

Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience advising and leading organisations through business transformation, workforce reshaping, digital disruption, operating model transformation, and organisational change. Her experience spans retail, leisure, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, media, industrial markets, and technology.

She works with CEOs, boards, and senior executives on enterprise strategy, C-suite succession, leadership capability development, and workforce shaping, helping organisations build high-performing leadership teams and navigate economic and technological disruption.

Lisa joins RRA from KPMG’s Consulting business, where she was Partner in Charge across all sectors serving corporate Australia. In this role, she partnered with clients on a range of business challenges, including multichannel delivery, digital transformation, technology systems deployment, and operating model design. She also advised CEOs and boards on C-suite effectiveness and succession planning.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
