With a focus on improving the way the world is led, we are driven to create real change both within the firm and across organizations with whom we work.

 

While building our community is an ongoing journey, RRA has prioritized creating a more inclusive climate, promoting a culture of belonging, and providing personal growth and leadership opportunities for our colleagues.

One of the ways we do this internally is through our Inclusion Networks - global, employee-led groups designed to amplify underrepresented voices and increase allyship. From hosting firm-sponsored events, commemorating cultural and historical milestones, to shaping the firm’s DE&I practices, our Inclusion Networks play a critical role the employee experience.
